JNR Website Design were first employed by MSM Punchpro of Sheffield to make some minor changes and updates to their existing website, with an added brief of advising them how to increase site traffic. This we did and a noticable increase in traffic volume was observed by the increased number of web enquiries. MSM were also unhappy with their webhosting and email company, which had been satisfactory, but since it had been taken over by a larger company, the service standard had deteriorated to the point where business was being lost. We undertook the redesign and also transferred the domain name to one of our hosting providers. In only the third month after the redesign and following further search engine optimisation MSM have had an increase in site visitors and have recently developed new clients in new countries, which is due, in part, to the success of their website and our contribution.
